1. What we collect
We collect your account details, company details, card content, QR destinations, billing requests and basic scan information. Scan information can include time, device type, browser, approximate location and referrer. We do not collect mobile-money PINs or bank passwords.
2. Why we use it
We use the data to run your workspace, publish the cards and links you choose, show scan analytics, verify payments, prevent abuse and provide support. We do not train AI models on your content.
3. Who can see it
Published cards and company directories are public by design. Draft cards are private. Workspace data is limited to the workspace owner, authorized team members and platform administrators who need it to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.
4. Service providers
We use hosting, database, storage, email and payment providers to operate VizitQR. They process data on our instructions. Some providers may store data outside Tanzania. We choose providers with appropriate security controls.
5. Retention
We keep workspace content while your account is active and after access pauses so renewal can restore it. You can ask us to delete your workspace and its content. We may keep limited records where the law or fraud prevention requires it.
6. Your choices
You can update card details, unpublish a card, change a QR destination, remove a domain or ask us to delete your data. Contact us if you need help exercising these choices.
