1. The service
VizitQR is a workspace for digital business cards, dynamic QR codes, scan analytics and custom domains. The service is operated by Starshine Tech.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the details you publish and for keeping your login secure. You must have authority to create a workspace on behalf of your company. One owner may hold one workspace.
3. Plans and payment
New accounts receive one calendar month of trial access. Paid plans are billed in Tanzanian shillings or US dollars as shown in the workspace. Where payment is verified manually, access starts only after our team confirms the payment. We do not store your mobile-money PIN or bank credentials.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use VizitQR for fraud, phishing, malware, harassment or content that violates the law. Do not attempt to access another workspace or interfere with the service. We may suspend a workspace that creates a security or legal risk.
5. Content and data
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the limited right to host and display it so the service can work. When access expires, public cards and managed QR links pause. Your content is retained so it can be restored on renewal. You can ask us to delete your data.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service online, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, network failures and third-party providers may affect the service. Do not use VizitQR as the only copy of important records.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will publish the new date on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
